Simona has been involved in Change Management and cultural transformation projects, Workforce Planning, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Learning and Development, as well as Compensation and Benefits.

She is a Certified Coach and teaches in the Executive MBA and Entrepreneurial MBA Programs: Changing the Game - Negotiation and Decision Making and Human Resources Management for Dynamic Growth.
