The 8th edition of PWN Romania's Mentoring Program is about to start!

You have probably already heard that PWN Romania will launch the 8th edition of its Mentoring Program at the beginning of this October. We use this opportunity not only to invite you to register, but also to ask you to spread the good news to your friends and peers, so they could have a chance to join this amazing program. The registration deadline is October 25, so, you still have a few days to apply or to propose someone to be a mentor or a mentee in the program.

The PWN Romania Mentoring Pillar has owned up to its mission to support and guide women’s career development and to encourage the next generation of women leaders. This seems even more important now, in this post-COVID period, when people are rethinking their priorities, making radical changes in their life and struggling to identify the right paths towards their goals. This makes our decision to organize the 8th edition of the Mentoring Program especially relevant in today’s business and social environment.

Therefore, we refocused the experience of our previous editions, with particular attention to the one of 2020-2021, which unfolded mainly online, and we drafted a new, improved and enriched program for young women who want to advance their careers and are looking for powerful and experience mentors. In addition to our cross-industry, inter-company mentoring, in a hybrid format – online-offline –, opened to participants from all over the country and why not the world, this year’s edition brings an important additional element – group mentoring.
