PWN Romania: Women on Boards – Life as a Board Member

Our Women on Boards Pillar starts the autumn events season with an evening looking into The Life as a Board Member, with two of PWN Romania’s long-term members with extensive Boards of Directors experience, confirmed as guests –  Simona Fatu and Magdalena Manea.

19.00 – 20.00 – Panel Interactive Discussion with Guest Speakers 

• Mrs. Simona Fatu – Non-executive Board Member of Societatea Nationala a Sarii Board of Directors, and a member of the Supervisory Board of Complexul Energetic Oltenia 
• Mrs. Magdalena Manea – Independent Board Member with recent experience including RBS Bank Romania, Transfond SA, CEC Bank and E-Infra S.A.

20.00 – 20.30 – Cocktail and Networking

The event will be moderated by Ileana Botez, VP Women on Boards.

Participation fee is RON 50 for members, and RON 75 for ladies outside the PWN Community, payable online (members and non-members).
