Adina Bigas has more than 10 years’ HR experience in the field of IT&C. Due to her entrepreneurial profile, she had been part of Microsoft EMEA team that set up the Customer Service and Support site in Romania in 2006, after a successful experience as HR Director within Tornado Systems. Actively involved in the Diversity & Inclusion field, she coordinated certain Microsoft initiatives that pioneered the Romanian market. Since 2009, she is EMEA CSS Diversity Champ. She holds a master degree in HR and in Organizational Psychology from University of Bucharest, as well as a Diploma in Management from Codecs Open University.
